Returns & Resolution

Every Blizazz piece is carefully inspected before it leaves our hands. Quality is not an afterthought — it is the standard every piece is held to.

We Will Make It Right

Quality Issue — If a piece arrives damaged or with a craftsmanship concern, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos. We will review and resolve with care.

Lost in Transit — If an order is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will reship the piece directly to the original delivery address at no additional cost.

Outside of the above, all Blizazz sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for delayed deliveries, change of preference, or personal reasons. We encourage all customers to review their order carefully before completing a purchase.
