No. BLIZAZZ pieces are made for display, photographs and gifting. Please do not throw, kick or bounce them.

One full-size rhinestone display ball and a custom protective storage bag. U.S. shipping is included. Orders may also arrive with BLIZAZZ presentation materials such as a postcard.

Each BLIZAZZ ball is $268 USD, in a Gold Edition or a Black Edition, paid in full at checkout. U.S. shipping is included; tax is calculated at checkout.

Every Batch 1 order ships by January 29, 2027 and will not arrive before Christmas (December 25). Tracking is emailed the day it ships, and we’ll email you an update at least once a month until then.

Batch 1 is sold as a preorder. You pay in full at checkout, and your piece ships by January 29, 2027. Before checkout, you’ll confirm the ship-by date and the cancellation terms. When Batch 1 sells out, the product page will show Sold out.

Yes. Tracking is emailed the day your order ships, and every order is insured against loss, damage and theft in transit.

You can cancel within 7 days of ordering for a full refund. After that, preorders are final. If we can’t ship by January 29, 2027, you can always cancel for a full refund.

To cancel, email service@blizazz.com with your order number. Refunds go to your original payment method.

Email service@blizazz.com within 30 days of delivery with photos of the piece and packaging, and we will replace or refund it. Nothing in our policies limits your rights under applicable consumer law.

Keep your piece away from moisture, water, heat, fire, direct sunlight, children and pets. Do not throw, kick, squeeze, bend or place heavy items on top of it. To clean, wipe gently with a dry, soft cloth — no water, soap or cleaning products.

Rhinestones can loosen with rough handling, heat or moisture, which is why the piece is made for display rather than play. Small decorative pieces may pose a choking hazard if removed. If a stone comes loose, contact service@blizazz.com.

In its protective bag, in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight when it is not on display. The ball is not inflatable and never needs air.
