If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase from Blizazz.

Online Store

Blizazz offers luxury sports memorabilia and display pieces, including rhinestone-adorned sports balls and related products.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

Eligibility

Product Use

Blizazz pieces are designed for display only.

Products are not inflatable.

By purchasing from Blizazz, you agree to follow all product care instructions and understand that improper handling may damage the product.

Product Descriptions

However, we do not guarantee that product colors, images, dimensions, finishes, rhinestone placement, materials, or visual appearance will appear exactly the same on every screen or device.

Because Blizazz products are decorative and may involve handmade, customized, or small-batch production elements, slight variations may occur. These variations do not make the product defective.

Custom and Small-Batch Products

Some Blizazz products may be custom, limited edition, preorder, made-to-order, or part of a limited drop.

By purchasing custom, preorder, or limited-drop products, you understand that fulfillment timelines may vary depending on production schedules, inventory, order volume, shipping carriers, and other factors.

Drop 01 and Access Codes

Blizazz may use access codes, early access, limited releases, preorder windows, or drop-based purchasing.

Receiving an access code does not guarantee product availability. Products may sell out, be limited in quantity, or become unavailable at any time.

We reserve the right to modify, delay, close, cancel, or limit access to any drop, preorder, product release, or promotion at our discretion.

Orders

When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information, including your name, email address, billing address, shipping address, and payment information.

You are responsible for ensuring that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Blizazz is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inaccurate information, payment issues, inventory errors, pricing errors, abuse of promotions, reseller activity, or violation of these Terms.

If we cancel or modify an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email address or contact information provided at checkout.

Pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, product availability, shipping charges, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product errors, or availability errors at any time, including after an order has been placed.

If an error affects your order, we may cancel, refund, or contact you for further instructions.

Payment

Payment is due at checkout.

Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers, including Shopify-supported payment systems. By placing an order, you authorize us and our payment providers to process your payment.

Taxes

For international orders, customs fees, duties, and import taxes are not included in the product price or shipping charge and may be collected by your country upon delivery.

Shipping

Every Blizazz piece ships with care.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to production timelines, preorder volume, shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

For Drop 01, products may ship in waves.

First wave orders may begin shipping immediately following the June 12 drop. U.S. orders are expected to arrive within approximately 14 business days after shipment.

Preorder wave orders may be fulfilled within approximately 4–6 weeks from the drop date.

International delivery times vary by destination.

Tracking will be provided when available.

Blizazz is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or circumstances outside our control.

International Shipping

Blizazz ships worldwide where available.

International customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, local delivery charges, and any other charges required by the destination country.

If an international package is refused, abandoned, returned, or delayed due to customs, unpaid duties, incorrect address, or failure to collect the package, Blizazz is not responsible for the delay or additional charges.

Returns and Final Sale

All sales are final unless the item arrives incorrect or damaged.

Because Blizazz products may be limited, custom, decorative, made-to-order, preorder, or small-batch items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect color choice, incorrect address, delayed carrier transit, minor variations, or change of mind.

Blizazz products are display pieces and must be handled with care.

Keep away from children, pets, moisture, water, lint, heat, fire, direct sunlight, harsh conditions, chemicals, and heavy pressure.

Do not throw, kick, squeeze, bend, submerge, wash, clean with chemicals, or place heavy items on top of the product.

To clean, gently wipe with a dry, soft cloth or dust bag.

Failure to follow care instructions may damage the product and may make the item ineligible for replacement or refund.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Blizazz website, including text, product names, designs, images, graphics, logos, videos, photographs, layouts, website design, branding, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Blizazz and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, resell, exploit, or use any part of our website, branding, product designs, images, videos, or content without our prior written permission.

User Content, Reviews, and Submissions

If you submit reviews, photos, videos, comments, testimonials, feedback, social media tags, or other content to Blizazz, you grant us permission to use, repost, display, edit, publish, and share that content for marketing, website, social media, advertising, and promotional purposes.
