Shipping
Every BLIZAZZ piece ships with the same care and intention it was created with.
United States: Shipping is included in every order. Tax is calculated at checkout.
International: We ship to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Hong Kong via DHL. Prices are shown in your local currency, and all duties and import taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so nothing extra is due on delivery. DHL cannot deliver to PO boxes; please provide a street address.
Release timing: Current-release orders are expected to arrive between late December and January 25, 2027 in the United States, and between January and February 2027 internationally. Preorders are expected February 2027. All dates are estimates; we’ll email you if anything changes.
Tracking & insurance: Every order includes tracking and is insured against loss, damage and theft in transit.
Current release
Orders within the United States are expected to deliver between late December and January 25, 2027. International orders are expected to deliver between January and February 2027. Your estimated delivery is also shown at checkout.
Preorder
When the current release is spoken for, preorders are available. Preorders are expected to deliver in February 2027.
Estimates
All delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates. If anything changes, we will let you know by email.
Tracking
Tracking is provided with every shipment.
Outside the United States
Please contact service@blizazz.com before ordering if you are not supported. Duties, customs fees and import taxes may be charged by the destination country if they are not upfront at checkout.
