Blizazz LLC (“Blizazz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Colorado limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information when you visit blizazz.com (the “Site”), join our release list by email or text, buy from us, or contact us.

Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact details: name, email address and phone number.
  • Order details: billing and shipping address, items purchased, order history, and the preorder terms you confirm at checkout.
  • Release list sign-ups: email address and, if you choose, mobile number.
  • Messages: anything you send us by email, text, or through a form, including photos for damage claims.
  • Reviews and content: reviews, photos, videos or tags you share with us.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We do not see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: small files and tags used to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, measure site traffic, and show you Blizazz ads on other sites. The tools we use include Shopify, Google Tag Manager, TikTok, Pinterest, and Google reCAPTCHA (to block spam sign-ups).

How we use your information

  • To process, ship and support your orders, including preorder updates, cancellations, damage claims and replacements.
  • To send order confirmations, shipping updates and customer service replies.
  • To send release news, launch reminders and offers by email or text, only if you opted in.
  • To run, secure and improve the Site, and to prevent fraud and spam.
  • To measure our marketing and show Blizazz ads to people likely to be interested.
  • To comply with law, enforce our Terms of Service, and protect our rights.

We do not sell personal information for money.

How we share information

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run Blizazz, and only as needed for the purposes above:

  • Shopify: our e-commerce platform, checkout and payments.
  • Shipping carriers: your name, address and phone number for delivery.
  • Klaviyo: to send emails and text messages you signed up for.
  • Analytics and advertising partners such as Google, TikTok and Pinterest: device and browsing data from cookies and tags. Under some state laws, using these tags for ads on other sites may count as “sharing” or “targeted advertising.” You can opt out as described below.
  • Legal and safety: to government authorities when required by law, or to protect Blizazz, our customers or others.
  • Business transfer: to a buyer or successor if Blizazz is sold, merged or reorganized.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we will send recurring automated marketing messages, such as release alerts and cart reminders. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to any third party, except the service providers that send the messages on our behalf.

Your choices

  • Emails: click “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any marketing email.
  • Texts: reply STOP.
  • Cookies and ads: use the cookie banner on the Site, or your browser settings, to turn off non-essential cookies. Where required by law, we treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a request to opt out of targeted advertising.
  • Do Not Track: because there is no common standard for “Do Not Track” browser signals, our Site does not respond to them. GPC is handled as described above.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy;
  • correct inaccurate information;
  • delete your information;
  • opt out of targeted advertising or the “sale” or “sharing” of your information; and
  • not be treated differently for using these rights.

To make a request, email service@blizazz.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it, and we will respond within the time the law requires. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof they act for you. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will review it.

California residents. We collect the categories of information listed above (identifiers, commercial information, internet activity, approximate location, and customer service records) for the business purposes described in this policy. We do not sell personal information for money and do not knowingly sell or share the information of anyone under 16.

Colorado and other U.S. states. We honor the rights above for residents of states with consumer privacy laws, as those laws apply to us.

European Economic Area, United Kingdom and other countries. If you are outside the United States, we process your information to perform our contract with you (your order), with your consent (marketing emails and texts), and for our legitimate interests (running and securing the Site and measuring our marketing). You may also object to processing, restrict it, ask to move your data, withdraw consent at any time, or complain to your local data protection authority. Your information is processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate, using safeguards those providers offer.

Data retention

We keep order records as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes, usually up to seven years. We keep marketing contact details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Other information is kept only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy.

Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Site and our products are not directed to children. Blizazz products are decorative display items, not toys, and are intended for ages 14 and up. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email service@blizazz.com and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. If the changes are significant, we will also notify you by email or with a notice on the Site.
